FadeReadyTerms of Use
The rules for using FadeReady and fadeready.com, in plain words.
1. Agreeing
By making an account or using FadeReady, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Information only
Money reports, books, pay slips, tax papers and anything the helper says are for information only. They are not tax, legal or money advice, and they are not official forms. FadeReady is not an accountant or tax preparer.
3. You check everything
Numbers come from what you and your team enter, and they can have mistakes. You check everything, and you use a tax professional for taxes and filings.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for what your barbers do in it.
5. Your data
Your business data is yours. You can take all of it out at any time. FadeReady keeps it safe and does not sell it.
6. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or each year, if you chose yearly) until you cancel, and your payment method is charged the plan price each time. Free trials need no card and cost nothing; after a trial, or after a Founding deal ends, the regular plan price applies. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@brightforgelabs.app, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We give a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment (or of a one-time purchase). Renewal payments are not refunded, and we do not refund part of a period already started. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow Apple's and Google's own refund rules, so request that refund from Apple or Google. We always refund mistaken or duplicate charges. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy (fadeready.com/refunds) has the details. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, under its own terms, and FadeReady never stores your card number. FadeReady is a digital service, so nothing is shipped.
7. As is
FadeReady is provided "as is", without promises that it will always work or be free of mistakes.
8. Limit on what we owe
FadeReady is not liable for taxes, penalties, interest, lost money or lost data from using the app. If FadeReady is ever found liable, the most it owes is what you paid it in the 12 months before.
9. Covering us
If someone makes a claim against FadeReady because of how you used the app or the papers it made, you cover FadeReady for it.
10. Be respectful
No hate, threats, harassment, sexual content or spam in chats, photos or names. FadeReady has zero tolerance for it. Anyone can report or block a chat. FadeReady checks every report within 24 hours, removes what breaks these rules and closes the accounts that sent it.
11. Florida law and changes
These terms follow Florida law. When they change, the app asks you to agree again.
