Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how to cancel FadeReady and how refunds work, in plain words. FadeReady is sold by Brightforge Labs LLC.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you do not need a card to start. If you cancel or never add a payment method, you pay nothing.

How subscriptions renew

After the trial, your plan renews automatically every month (or every year, if you chose yearly) at the price shown on our Pricing page, in US dollars, until you cancel.

How to cancel

Email hello@brightforgelabs.app from the address you sign in with and say you want to cancel. You can cancel at any time. We cancel it right away and send you a confirmation. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

When billing stops

After you cancel, you are not charged again. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your paid plan ends.

Refund on your first payment

You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment (or of a one-time purchase). Email hello@brightforgelabs.app and just say you want a refund.

Renewal payments

Renewal payments are not refunded. We also do not refund part of a month or year that has already started, or the unused time after you cancel. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends instead.

Mistaken or duplicate charges

If we charge you by mistake, or charge you twice, we always refund it. Email hello@brightforgelabs.app with the date and amount and we will fix it.

Apple App Store and Google Play

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow Apple's and Google's own refund rules. Request that refund from Apple or Google directly.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

FadeReady is a product of Brightforge Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 2287 S Haverhill Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33415, USA. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. FadeReady never stores your card number.
